Breakfast Idea - Scrambled Eggs

I have always struggled with eating breakfast.  I get busy and forget to eat.  Which, is NOT good.  I am realizing how important it is to eat a good, healthy breakfast!

I enjoy scrambled eggs....and wanting to get more veggies throughout the day, I started adding them to my eggs in the morning!

*This is basically an omlet..just scrambled instead.  Quicker!  And tastes the same if you ask me.  :)

This recipe is very simple and quick (and yummy!!)

Ingredients:


  • Eggs
  • Whatever veggies you want!!
  • Salsa
Below, I used cooked spinach, tomatoes, turkey, and black olives.

Top it off with salsa - and it's so good!!
